1982, but been in Spring Valley since 1995

What services are offered?
We have the knowledge and experience to guide you through any size building project. We supply materials for any type of project you can dream up. House packages, decks, roofing, pole sheds, windows, interior and exterior doors, cabinets and everything in between. We can also assist in selections and color schemes to make sure everything fits your preferences and style just right. We work very close with many local contractors to help with your project.

What do you want people to know about your business?
We are a member of a large buying group which helps our buying power. This allows us access to every product available. We are able to be competitive against the big box stores. We encourage all to check our pricing. We offer free estimates and delivery. We have been involved in many projects over the years from small to large. We recently supplied all the material on a $10 million project from the framing materials down to the paint and everything in between.

What do you like about having a business in Spring Valley?
It has been fun being part of multi-generational building projects. We have many customers that we are now helping on the third generation. It has also been fun seeing the town grow/change and fix up existing properties.

What services are offered?
Summer Camp programs, full service retreat center with rental services for lodging, camping, meals, and wedding packages, leadership development training, and community service opportunities.
What do you want people to know about your business? Good Earth Village has served Southeast Minnesota for over 50 years and through our summer camp programming we have developed great leaders in ministry and other organizations around the country.

What do you like about having a business in Spring Valley?
Spring Valley offers a variety of businesses and activities in Southeast Minnesota and we love that we have been a part of this community for as long as we have. The variety we have as a community makes it easier to support each other and offer great experiences to those that visit.

Fun fact about your business?
Good Earth Village has nearly 500 acres of beautiful land for all to explore and experience. Hiking and fishing are popular things in the warmer season on site while snowshoeing and sledding are some great winter season activities that you can do here.

• We offer call in orders for customers over 65 to be picked up.
• We offer a full grocery line, produce and meat choices along with a full deli.
• We offer daily homemade lunch specials for 6.99. If you would like to be on the weekly lunch menu email list, contact Linda at the store to be added. 507-346-2804. We also offer carry out groceries for all customers.

We have been in the grocery business a long time. We try our best to carry options for you the customer. We are open to suggestions if you have any you want to request.

What do you like about having a business in Spring Valley?
Spring Valley has that old fashioned small community feeling. People are friendly, caring and businesses help each other out all the time. People tell us from time to time they do appreciate a local grocery store so that is always nice to hear. We DO appreciate the opportunity to serve you and appreciate your business.

We have employed 3-4 members of 2 different families at the same time.

What services are offered?
Marzolf Implement Co. was started in 1954. They offer New Massey Ferguson products, tractors of all sizes and hay tools. New Gleaner combines, Gehl Skidloaders plus many other shortline Ag products. Plus, New Simplicity Zero Turns and riding mowers. We also have a full service staff for equipment, ag and home lawn mowers and chainsaws of all brands. We also carry a large parts inventory to keep equipment running.

What do you want people to know about your business?
We have been in business for over 67 years with a very dedicated staff that is committed to giving great service to all customers, regardless of what the problem or repair they need.

What do you like about having a business in Spring Valley?
Small town environment is great. Citizens care about supporting their local business. This is a great part of the state as well as the Midwest. Being located close to Rochester allows for an expanded customer base and a strong economy that provides a strong economic base to help business prosper.

Fun fact about your business?
Marzolf Implement was originally located in what is currently Valley Lanes Bowling Alley. It moved to its present location in 1966 when the property came up for public auction.

In the company’s early days, it sold Studebaker and Nash cars as well as new Whirlpool washing machines and refrigerators. The current owner Corey Marzolf, has a 1963 Studebaker Lark that is driven every summer. It was sold new by his father Harold.
